Sale of Goods

Nature of Goods
All goods sold by Salennix are stock recovered through liquidators and are sold as-is. Salennix makes no representations or warranties as to the condition or functionality of the goods, except as explicitly stated in these Terms and Conditions.
Payment Terms
All goods must be paid in full within 7 days of the invoice date. Failure to pay within this period may result in the cancellation of the sale and the imposition of interest charges on overdue amounts as permitted by law.
Delivery
Delivery of goods will be arranged once payment has been received in full. The delivery method, cost, and timeline will be agreed upon at the time of purchase. Salennix will not be responsible for delivery delays caused by circumstances outside of our control.
Ownership and Risk
Ownership of the goods will transfer to the buyer only when full payment has been received. Risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to the buyer at the point of delivery.
Inspection of Goods
The buyer has the right to inspect the goods upon delivery. If goods are found to be defective or not as described, the buyer must notify Salennix within 48 hours of delivery for further instructions regarding returns or exchanges.
Statutory Rights
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions affects the buyer’s statutory rights, including rights under consumer protection laws. In the event of faulty or misrepresented goods, statutory rights for refunds, repairs, or replacements will apply.
Returns and Refunds
Returns or refunds will only be accepted per the statutory rights available to the buyer. Any request for returns outside of these terms may be considered at Salennix’s discretion.
Limitation of Liability
Salennix’s liability for any loss, damage, or expense arising from the sale of goods is limited to the amount paid for the goods and does not extend to any consequential losses.
